This help center supports the Legacy platform Dudamobile. As of April 1st, 2019 new sites cannot be created, existing sites will remain live with the same functionality and editor access.

CNAME check shows the wrong values

Issue

If your CNAME is displaying anything OTHER than the following;

  • mobile.dudamobile.com
  • m.mobilewebsiteserver.com

...then your CNAME was set up incorrectly.

Solution

Please follow the tutorial for setting up your CNAME record in our support portal, then wait 24-48 hours for it to propagate.

If you are having any difficulties with this, please contact your hosting provider so they can help with adding a CNAME record for you.
