Domain is set to forwarding with masking

Issue

  • Your mobile site is showing up in weird, "tablet like" proportions
  • Slider images aren't loading
  • Everything looks badly sized

Answer

The issue here is that your desktop site is configured to redirect to the mobile site with masking.

This places the mobile site in an iFrame which throws off the calculations for how your mobile site should be displayed. It also interferes with the way teh site is loaded.

This is a setting that can be located in your DNS / domain hosting settings. Please delete that setting or contact your DNS provider so they can delete this configuration for you.
