Mobile site URL gives Forbidden 403 Error

Does anyone know what to do if clicking on the mobile site URL that Duda provides leads to a Forbidden 403 Error? This is stopping my mobile site from working?

Hey there - is this on desktop? If so, thats normal, DM sites only work on mobile devices.

Google  indexes these sites! So out m.examplesite.com is forbidden too..

    Hi Holly Wild,

    What is your mobile URL.

On desktops, mobile URLs from DudaMobile builder will give 403 on desktop.

I know that you get a 403 error if you go to a duda mobile site on a desktop.

    but

also.....I have an old samsung phone. If I use the default browser, I get an error in connecting on ALL my duda mobile sites

but if I use firefox or chrome on the same phone,

I think it is because my default browser is too old on that phone

    no problem

    Hi Paola

I was not saying that I had an issue in the above post, I was just commenting on the fact that 403 errors can come in different forms

    however

here is one URL:  (all my mobile sites give this error but only on my phone using the default browser, others are ok)

    https://www.rosemaryrein.com

    https://www.mspressure.com

    https://www.toonicervskirtings.com

    etc.

on my phone I get a 403 error on the default browser but not on other browsers.

I have an old Samsung J36, this issue has never bothered me but made me curious

PS:  I have a much bigger issue under 'troubleshooting"

I  am very worried about that other one issue
