Glitches caused when navigation menu open

Hi - I am having an issue with a Duda mobile website when the navigation menu is pulled up. The video below may show it more clearly, but when a visitor clicks on the navigation button and tries to scroll down past it they have difficult and it glitches as seen below. Can this issue be fixed?

    Hmm, not sure about this one.

    But let me make sure, is this happening on the most recent updated OS and browser?

    Which devices did you test? 

    It didn't happen for me on iPhone xr safari latest version 12.4.1
