Mobile site will not load and video will not play

I have followed all the directions and setup the mobile site exactly how it used to work on my timstechstuff.com site. I now rebuilt for my other site swarm.org and the only way I can get it to load is to use this direct link at:

https://tim-domain20.editor.multiscreensite.com/mb/site/SWARM/home?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsardrones.org&dm_try_mode=true&dm_device=mobile

Also no matter what I do I cannot get a video to play on the mobile site.

I set up m.swarm.com for this new site, but does not work

    I was able to figure out the video part. I was using the "Video" module but it only works if I use the "YouTube Video" module.

    I am unable to pull up the desktop site either.
