Michael Sosnowski I had this same problem. All the images that were uploaded were no longer appearing. I posted on this as well. What I ended up doing was uploading all images via a URL instead. What made it more difficult was that you could not use the same image holder, lists or sliders. Had to all be redone.

Please try deleting the slider fully and readding a new slider widget, that may reset if its corrupted, please try.
