Why is Duda not showing SSL encrypted on my static mobile site?

Website is SSL encrypted (https) and we have verified all code is correct, but mobile side as per Duda web page shows up as insecure (http), which has been verified when opening on a mobile device. How can we fix this?

  HTTPS/SSL is not compatible with our legacy mobile-only website builder, but is free to add in our responsive website builder.
