So, you wrote me back to tell me where I can get a response???  Instead of answering my question???  I guess it is time to find another mobile site provider...What POOR customer service!!!  This will be posted to both my FB and IG where I have a few thousand followers...

I can understand your disappointment but Duda Support is not familiar with Duda Mobile since it's two different products. We have never worked on this product and have absolutely no knowledge about it. 
 
This is the reason why you were redirected to Duda Mobile Support. 
 
Did you manage to resolve your issue?

This is most certainly NOT customer service!  No one has even bothered to call the customer to iron out the issues.  What do you get paid to do???
