Edit an existing contact form

How can I edit an existing contact form?

I want to add a privacy consent checkbox and it always creates a new contact form when I try. Also, I seem to only be able to edit the code of the form (which doesn't work properly) but don't get the normal view where I can edit the fields via drag and drop.

  I am not sure how I a managed to miss this since 2019.

  What is the name or link to your duda mobile site and ill check the options for you.

  I'm very sorry to say that this is a common issue when converting forms to DudaMobile; our system does not have a good built-in way to convert many types of forms.

   

  To fix this issue, I recommend either;

   

  • Deleting that form and using the built in contact form element instead. For more information on how to use the contact form widget, see here
  • Replacing the form with an external one using the HTML element. You can either build one by yourself using code or try using a 3rd party form such as JotForm
  • Setting the contact page to "do not mobilize" so that visitors can fill out the form through the desktop site instead.

  Hi Paola,

  thanks! Deleting it and using you built-in form generator worked. However, there's no possibility to add an upload element, is there?
