Hey guys, we've had a site live and paid for every month for some time. Now, suddenly the website is down, and when I go into the editor there are broken images all over.
1. How can we get this website live again - https://poudrevalleylaundry.com/ - Our DNS has not changed, why did it go down.
2. I hope when we do get it live, that the images we had loaded into the editor are still working, if not please tell us why uploaded images to your database are gone.

Is this really the only way to get support? I can't call into Dudamobile, I can't chat with anyone? I have to publish an issue in a forum like environment and hope I can get a response. I've been paying you guys for like 4 years.
