    Thanks for reaching out!

    Unfortunately, it looks like DudaMobile is not compatible with your current desktop site.
    That said, here are some solutions available to you;

    1. You can rebuild the site in Duda Responsive builder, which is more fully featured and allows you to edit across all devices - You can test it out for free here.

    Creating a responsive site is the recommend solution since it makes everything easier going forward. Responsive sites also have the following features;

    • Duda Responsive provides you with a single site that works on desktop, tablet and mobile.
    • Everything you need to manage your new website is now available in one place.
    • It is based on the responsive design methodology, which ensures that the website layout and its content automatically adapt to the size of the screen it is viewed on.
    • You have the ability to hide content from specific devices and edit the user experience on each type of device.
    • Your Duda Responsive site will live under one single domain (e.g. www.yourcompany.com). Duda automatically presents the correct website layout for the device it is being viewed on.

    For more information, see this link below;

    You can also try from the dashboard > three line menu > Reset site > pick URL again.

    Apologies for the inconvenience,

    I apologize for the inconvenience,

    I have used this with my desktop site since 2017 and the error has just appeared for several days, delaying my business. I also  have a responsive site, but I still want to use both of them.

    With the responsive site, I cannot redirect from my desktop site to mobile devices without changing the desktop site. In other word, I do not want to change the desktop site, I just want to redirect it to fix with mobile devices. However, I do not know how to keep my desktop site unchanged on laptop or computer while still fix with mobile devices.

    Could you please help me to fix all the issues (fix the error on my current mobile-only site and instruct me to redirect from my original desktop site to responsive site without changing the desktop interface of the original site).

    Thank you and best regards
