When I enter the HTML code into a specific page on my GoDaddy desktop site to redirect to the corresponding Duda mobile page, the mobile page looks like a jumbled mess. What am I doing wrong?

Paola Hmm, well, few things you can check, first the actual redirect script- check the list once more make sure you use the one you need:

Republished the site?
You can try to reset the page and resync it.
