I have a mobile site with the site for life plan. When I go into it, I get an error popup. It says, "Oops, something went wrong: Page dmPageNotFound doesn't exist. This window will now refresh...: When I click OK to refresh, nothing seems to happens. I click pages button and it is not there. When I click again, they appear. However the home page says 404. And the loading wheel keeps spinning and locks up the site until I refresh again. I would add images but this forum also sucks and can't do that either.

Paola Hi,
Yes, the Duda team ended support on a product that has been deprecated such as Dudamobile.
We encourage everyone to keep your site to date with the newest technology and Google friendly tools.
This is DUDA responsive builder.
Dave, Ill check this for you, can you please reply with the site name/ URL or any other information that will help me locate your account and site.
Cheers

Dave Murphy I have removed the redirect on my site because the page I needed to be displayed was no longer showing nor could the site be republished. The error is when I'm in my dashboard trying to make edits to the site.

Paola Hello,
Can you please try syncing following the steps here:
https://dudamobilesupport.duda.co/hc/en-us/articles/360019634434-Syncing-flow
Let us know,

Dave Murphy Unfortunately, I can not do this step. The system doesn't allow me to advance that far before it gets in a continuous loading loop. Here is a screen capture video of what is happening: https://www.screencast.com/t/dG4At17TD8r

Paola Hi,
The HOME page that is corrupted says it was converted from a different site other than: https://www.texasbestdjs.com/index.php See the URL in the image.
Did you make any changes before this happened?
"When I go into it, I get an error popup. It says, "Oops, something went wrong: Page dmPageNotFound doesn't exist. This window will now refresh...: When I click OK to refresh, nothing seems to happens. "
The last thing I can try is to restore a back up from these options dates, if that doesnt fix it, I am happy to email you directly and privately to explain what we can do to move to Duda responsive.
Regards,

Dave Murphy The Home page was originally converted from the URL mentioned. However, the conversion left a lot to be desired and I manually created the page to my client's liking and turned off the auto sync. I hadn't made any changes in months. The URL referenced isn't even a valid URL anymore. My client altered to the fact that a different page stopped working correctly. Please by all means try a restore (which I have done myself and didn't work). The restore has to come from several months ago. The ones in May were probably ones when I was trying to figure out what was busted in the first place.

Paola Hello,
The desktop site connected to the Duda mobile editor is:
http://weddings.abileneweddingdjs.com
This non-Duda desktop site is down and gives 404.

That is why the site and editor are not working.
You can fix this in two ways:
1. Make that html site http://weddings.abileneweddingdjs.com back available online.
2. Reset the current site and plug in the new URL: https://www.texasbestdjs.com/
Go to main dashboard
Threeline menu next to the site > click RESET.

Then the URL you will put to convert is: https://www.texasbestdjs.com/
These are the only two solutions available to fix this issue, please reply and let us know if there are more questions and what the results were of what you tried.
Regards,

Ross Taylor Yeah. Site for life... or until we stop supporting it.
-
Paola Hi Ross Taylor,
We didnt deprecate the Duda mobile only platform for existing users, it exists and is there, but we do not provide support for issues on the platform a per our investors, rounds raised and developers are all focused 100% on the Duda core which is responsive website builder.
Please check all our new features and updates at duda.co
We want your business to succeed, we help agencies and small business grow and the core product of duda does a very good job with that. Brings more clients and allows your site to be accessed on any device and look beautiful.
We recommend to build a responsive Duda site.
If we can help in any way to get you started please reply.
Cheers,

Carlin Hello,
Please help me with the same issue. I have the same message and the same error code, “404” but I do not have a reset option on the dashboard. Can you help me get to a point of being able to use my site? It is a mobile site. Thank you and the id is caramusic1 under my account. Thank you.
-
Carlin I also only get a twirling icon when I ry to change anything in the editor without the page going forward. It stays frozen.

Dave Murphy What was your desktop site URL. Just curious.
